Dr. Richard E. Williams has been the Senior Pastor of Outpouring Worship Center in Ravenna, Michigan since 1990. He previously pastored in a suburb of Detroit, Michigan. He began serving in the ministry at the age of 20 and has been pastoing churches since the age of 22 Along with pastoring, Dr. Williams travels internationally speaking in crusades, conferences and revivals. He flows in the apostolic calling with signs & wonders following.

Dr. Williams has an earned Ph.D in Theology degree from Covenant Bible College and Seminary, author of four books and is the Executive Producer of the “Outpouring Broadcast & Cutting Edge To date: he has produced over a 1000 television programs plus other various specials such as events, music videos mission videos and mini movies. He has a knowledgeable media staff, which works with him in his local church and helps him fulfill his vision for Christian video & television.

Dr. Williams periodically hosts several other television programs on the TCT network that air locally, nationally and internationally. Dr. Williams sees media as a tool to fulfill his call of Preaching and Teaching the Word Of God.

He and his lovely wife, Lorna, have six children: Jessica, Alicia, Amanda, Bethany, Graham and Laura.
